Qualifications :
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing
2. With at least 3 years of work experience in terms of Asset Sales and Leasing.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Flexible, organized, and has the ability to do multi-tasking.
5. Proficient in using a computer, MS Office, and Google Earth Pro.
6. Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision. Has high sense of urgency and can deliver in accordance with the given timeframe.
7. Can handle inquiries, ads, getting sales, and leasing prospects.
Role Purpose / Job Summary :
1. Assisting the leasing team in operations and determining the most efficient solutions to increase company sales.
2. Assisting the upper management in developing reasonable leasing goals, oversee activities of leasing and coordinates with other department to achieve targets.
3. Responsible for meeting monthly targets for asset disposals and leasing set by management.
4. Responsible for coordinating the completion of all lease renewals in the market.
5. Assist with unit handover to tenants.
6. Represents the company to prospects and tenants in a courteous and professional manner – always putting customer service first.
7. Collaborate with the other team to develop and share renewal progress, feedback, and results reporting internally and to our clients.
8. Respond and meet with the current tenants regarding renewal negotiations.
9. Excel in customer services among clients, tenants, team members and another department.
10. Identify opportunities to improve the renewal strategy process.
