We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with technical issues via phone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot problems, provide product support, and ensure quick and accurate resolutions.

Qualifications :
Strong English communication skills
Basic technical / troubleshooting skills
High school graduate or higher
Tech support or BPO experience is a plus
