About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Growth Manager for a high-growth SaaS company serving small businesses and self-employed professionals. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven growth leader passionate about user acquisition, optimizing CAC, and driving meaningful business outcomes.
As the Senior Growth Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams and own the entire subscriber growth funnel — from acquisition strategy to lifecycle marketing and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution :
- Design and execute acquisition strategies tailored for SMBs and solopreneurs.
- Run multi-channel campaigns : digital, social, PPC, SEO, email, content, influencers, partnerships, and referrals.
- Optimize full-funnel performance from awareness to paid conversion.
- Create quarterly and annual growth plans, KPIs, and ROI benchmarks.
Metrics-Driven Leadership :
Monitor and reduce CAC while scaling paid subscribers.Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc., to inform and optimize campaigns.Analyze key metrics : acquisition rate, conversion rate, LTV, retention, and churn.Generate data-backed performance reports for leadership.Team Leadership & Workforce Planning :
Manage a cross-functional team : growth marketers, SDRs, onboarding, and customer success.Develop workforce plans, skill audits, and professional development initiatives.Promote collaboration, performance, and career growth within the team.Onboarding & Lifecycle Marketing :
Enhance onboarding flows and increase trial-to-paid conversions.Implement CRM-driven lifecycle marketing strategies (email, in-app, upsell / cross-sell).Reduce churn and boost LTV with loyalty programs and re-engagement campaigns.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to align on growth goals.Participate in strategic planning cycles and product roadmap development.Lead communication between departments to ensure cohesive execution.Qualifications & Skills
Experience :
7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or acquisition roles in B2C / B2SMB SaaS.5–7 years in senior-level leadership, with a track record of strategic impact.Proven success in growing paid subscribers and optimizing CAC.Technical & Strategic Skills :
Expert in digital marketing, growth tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau).Strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle : acquisition → onboarding → retention → expansion.Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics tools.Leadership & Communication :
