Role Responsibilities
- Drive growth and provide strategic leadership of key accounts or partners in the APAC region. Take full ownership of responsibilities including :
- Negotiate, close, and manage strategic and tactical partnerships. Own the revenue of assigned clients / accounts, manage annual targets, budgeting, and forecasting, and identify and develop partnership opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
- Accountable for achievement of transactional goals and driving country revenue goals.
- Ensure the launch of new products and maintain and expand ecosystem partnerships while delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Strong analytical skills and data driven : build, review and analyse performance and competitive data; introduce new products and pricing proposals; translate strategic directions into tactical initiatives, metrics, and deliverables to grow current and future business.
- Provide strategy support including strategy formulation, business modelling, business casing, and comparative & competitive analysis.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to support business strategies and decisions. Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing omnichannel sales, marketing and pricing strategies.
- Exceed business performance targets and be responsible for managing the budget, business development, service delivery, marketing, and external stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with finance, strategy, operations, marketing and business leadership to make strategic investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships (including C-suite level) with key stakeholders, regulators, partners, and customers.
- Exhibit strong program and project management skills.
Role Requirements
7–10 years of sales and business development experience in Remittance, Digital Payments, Banking or Fintech industries. Experience in direct-to-consumer payments across retail and digital channels is highly desirable.Detailed understanding of the Philippines market, consumer trends, and remittance business overall.Strong leadership with influencing and negotiation skills and experience with revenue management.High energy and a proactive, action-oriented approach to drive the business and achieve results.Familiarity with pricing strategies, ability to influence decisions, strong negotiation skills, and understanding of the digital business.Benefits
