- Provide overall direction, strategy, and leadership for the company in alignment with corporate goals and the healthcare industry’s transformation needs
- Lead the development and execution of business plans, innovation roadmaps, and strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth
- Oversee product development and solution delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and relevance to evolving healthcare standards
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, hospitals, clinics, and government stakeholders
- Ensure financial health by managing budgets, forecasting, profitability, and investment planning
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to guide decision‑making and product innovation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION & BACKGROUND) :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or EngineeringAt least 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience, with strong exposure to the healthcare, medical technology, or IT sectorsProven track record in strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadershipSales Strategy and Management Key
