QUALIFICATIONS :
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
– At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in merchandising or category management, with a special focus on Apple products.
– Deep knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, customer behavior, retail standards, and brand positioning.
– Established network and existing relationships with Apple product distributors, dealers, and reseller channels in the Philippines.
– Proven success in growing Apple product sales and positioning a brand as a leading Apple reseller or merchant.
– Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
– Must have a “doer-of-the-action” mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive measurable results.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to motivate and manage a small team effectively.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
– Proficient in inventory systems, Microsoft Excel, and retail data tools.
– Must be willing to work onsite in Arca South, Taguig City.
JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and well-connected Merchandising Manager for Apple Products to lead our efforts in building and positioning the company as a top-tier Apple product merchant in the Philippine market. This role requires a deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem, strong industry relationships, and hands-on merchandising expertise.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling Apple products, a strong industry network of distributors, retailers, and channel partners, and the drive to bring strategic vision to life through decisive action. As a managerial role, this person must lead by example—hands-on, goal-oriented, and capable of motivating a small but high-impact team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy for Apple products, ensuring strong market presence, optimal product mix, and competitive pricing.
– Utilize existing industry connections and Apple partner networks to strengthen supplier relationships and unlock growth opportunities.
– Work closely with Apple-authorized distributors, retail partners, and corporate resellers to ensure consistent product availability and channel performance.
– Monitor and manage product lifecycle, inventory flow, sales performance, and promotions for the entire Apple product lineup (iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, AirPods, accessories, etc.).
– Identify and implement opportunities to elevate the brand's market share in Apple product sales through in-store visibility, promotions, bundling, and exclusive deals.
– Collaborate with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent alignment of merchandising efforts across channels.
– Track and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and sales data to adjust merchandising strategies in real-time.
– Lead and mentor a small team of merchandisers or buyers focused on Apple and related product lines.
– Ensure compliance with Apple merchandising guidelines, visual display standards, and promotional protocols.
– Prepare regular reports and business updates for senior management, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
