• With at least 1 year background in Customer Service in any industry.
• Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and resolving conflict.
• Self starter, multi-tasking and can work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Quality focus and analyzing information.
• Very good communication skills and documentation.
