Role Overview
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving new business growth by acquiring high-value global clients. This role is focused exclusively on customer acquisition , with post-sale client management and delivery supported by dedicated Customer Success and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting global enterprises in Managed Services, IT Outsourcing, and BPO .
- Identify, engage, and convert new prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Lead consultative sales conversations with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close large-scale outsourcing and managed service contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless client onboarding and handover to operations.
- Represent Nezda Global at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales , with a strong focus on Managed Services, IT Outsourcing, or BPO solutions .Demonstrated track record of acquiring and closing high-value global accounts .Strong international network with C-level executives and enterprise decision-makers.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Entrepreneurial “hunter” mindset, with the ability to build business from the ground up.What We Offer
