Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director, located in Metro Manila. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing sales operations, and developing sales strategies. The role will include engaging with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. The Sales Director will collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales and Sales Operations
• Preferably with a team of salespersons experienced in high-end selling
• Proven ability in Team Management and leadership
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with a Real Estate Broker’s License
• With at least 5 years experience in the property development industry
