IT LEAD

Qualifications :

 Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or

related field.

Professional Certifications (if any) :

 CompTIA A+ / Network+

 CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent

 Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) – an

advantage.

Experience (years / months) :

 At least 2 years of relevant IT support or systems / network administration

experience.

Skills Required :

 Familiar with Hardware Troubleshooting (Computers, NAS, CCTV

installations)

 Network architecture and planning

 Wifi troubleshooting and Wifi network planning

 IT security (cybersecurity)

 Ability to train employees in program usage and system procedures

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

 Patient and approachable, able to support end-users effectively

 Detail-oriented, with the ability to document processes clearly

 Team player with a proactive mindset

 Willing to travel to branch sites when needed

 Physically fit to handle IT hardware installation and setup

 Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
