Schedule :
- Mondays to Fridays, 9 : 00 am to 1 : 00 pm, Montreal, Canada (Eastern time)
- 20 hours per week
Job Description : You’ll be the friendly, professional voice that elderly tenants rely on daily, serving as their primary point of contact for everything from casual conversations to urgent maintenance needs. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while developing valuable customer service and coordination skills. Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls from property tenants and provide warm, professional customer serviceSkillfully triage calls to distinguish between social conversations and legitimate maintenance requestsCoordinate and schedule repair appointments between tenants and service contractorsCreate comprehensive logs and reports for all interactions, documenting problems, solutions, timing, and call durationRecord and distribute building-wide voicemail announcements to all tenant mailboxesRespond promptly to voicemails left during off-hours and follow up on pending issuesMaintain patient, compassionate communication with elderly tenant populationBuild relationships that support potential expansion across additional propertiesRequirements
Requirements :
Fluency in both French and English (Quebec / Canadian French strongly preferred)Clear, professional speaking voiceStrong customer service orientation with exceptional patience for elderly clienteleAbility to balance social conversation with efficient business coordinationDetail-oriented with excellent documentation and logging capabilitiesComfortable working remotely with reliable internet connectionBonus if you have experience with phone systems, VoIP software, or property managementIt helps if you have experience in healthcare, senior services, or similar patience-required rolesWhy Join This Team? :
