Job descriptionPreferably at least 2 Years’ experience within the medical equipment industry. (Candidate with more than 5 years’ experience would be considered for a Senior role.) Experience in handling Radiation Therapy Machine would be an advantage. Flexible working schedule based on customer requirements as the role requires long and odd hours under pressure to resolve technical issues. Must be willing to travel Self-driven, self-motivated and resourcefulness. Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrate initiative, contributes to process improvement Customer focused, dedicated to building long term good relationship with the customers and managing their expectations. Ability to think critically, willing to accept feedback, continuous learning and Good communication skill in English both verbal and written. Energetic and committed with good working attitude Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Provide on-site technical and clinical support to the customers, such as troubleshooting, installations, and commissioning of medical equipment. Responsible for continuous correspondence with suppliers / principals and customers on service-related issues. Responsible for scheduling the preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning, and servicing of medical equipment Responsible for providing support for cases and equipment demos Keep track of spare parts usage and ordering. Maintain proper regular reporting and updating. Tracking of machine and environmental performance Any ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Salary : 20,000 - 25,000
Requirements :
- At least a Bachelor's / College Degree in electronic / electro-mechanical engineering,
Professional License (Passed Board / Bar / Professional License Exam), Engineering
(Computer / Telecommunication), Bioengineering / Biomedical or equivalent.
