Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and decision-making support
- Oversee and maintain treatment protocols, patient safety, and medical quality standards
- Supervise and guide the multidisciplinary team (doctors, nurses, medtechs, etc.)
- Serve as the key medical liaison with global insurance providers and agency partners
- Lead and coordinate in cases requiring urgent intervention or crisis response
- Ensure the branch complies with PEME, maritime, and industry regulatory standards

Candidate Profile
Senior licensed physician with specialization in Internal Medicine or Emergency MedicineMinimum 2 years' experience in PEME or maritime medical settingsProven leadership in multidisciplinary clinical teamsStrong communication skills and collaborative management styleCommitted to clinical excellence and operational integrityReplacing the current Medical Director stepping down due to health reasonsWhat's on Offer
