We’re looking for a Facilities Sentinel who will play a key role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and overall efficiency of our office. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our workspace is comfortable, organized, and well-equipped so that the team can focus on what they do best.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who :

Provide day-to-day support to your supervisor, addressing facility-related matters promptly.

Oversee the Facilities Service Desk and handle inquiries and requests efficiently.

Ensure essential utilities like water and air conditioning are well-maintained and functional.

Manage incoming and outgoing parcels to keep logistics operations smooth.

Maintain an updated inventory of company assets (PCs, monitors, furniture, supplies).

Uphold cleanliness and orderliness in the office, including desks, floors, and communal areas.

Distribute office supplies upon request and maintain a meticulous stock log.

Document activities and track human traffic entering or leaving the office.

Respond to alarms or equipment failures quickly to minimize disruptions.

Provide timely assistance to employees with facility-related needs.

• Experience in facilities management or a strong willingness to learn facility operations.
• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
