Job Description :
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative (TSR) who will handle customer concerns and provide troubleshooting support. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to assist customers with computer-related issues.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical assistance to customers through calls, chat, or email.
Handle troubleshooting for computers, software, and other technical issues.
Ensure all concerns are properly documented and resolved.
Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
Work with the team to meet performance goals and service level standards.
Qualifications :
At least 18 months of experience handling TSR roles.
Must have completed 1st year in college.
Strong background in hardcore tech support and computer troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga with a shifting schedule.
