Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-level administrative support to owners and management
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents
Handle phone calls and emails professionally
Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents
Assist with day-to-day operational and office needs
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Accompany the owner during work-related travel or business activities inside and outside Metro Manila
Qualifications :
Male or Female, 30 years old and above (preferred)
Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational, time management, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace and other office tools
Able to work inside and outside Metro Manila and accompany the owner when required
Extra Skills (nice to have) :
Knowledge of business communication and documentation preparation
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
