Your Role as an AP / AR Team Lea d

As an AP / AR Team Lead, you’ll be supporting one of our awesome clients. You won’t just be crunching numbers. You’ll be leading the charge in making sure our Accounts Payable and Receivable operations flow like clockwork. With a small but mighty team by your side, you'll ensure our payments go out on time, our receivables come in, and our reports are always on point. Think leadership, strategy, and spreadsheets rolled into one.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable (AP) :

• Lead and oversee the full AP cycle including invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs (local and international)
• Ensure 3-way matching and accurate supplier bank account verification
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and address discrepancies
• Manage AP aging reports and resolve escalated payment inquiries
