Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new employees.
- Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenditures.
- Purchase the appropriate amount of ingredients needed by the kitchen team.
- Interact with customers to gather feedback and resolve any issues.
- Ensure the restaurant opens and closes according to schedule.
Qualifications
Open for male and female candidate.Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or alike.Prior experience in the restaurant sector.Strong communication and people skills.Capable of handling customer concerns in a professional manner.Willing to be assign in SM Manila.
