Jolly Management is seeking a goal-oriented restaurant manager to help achieve sales targets through effective staff recruitment and training, supervision of kitchen activities, and team motivation during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees.
• Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenditures.
• Purchase the appropriate amount of ingredients needed by the kitchen team.
