This is a remote position.
Mission :
Design and lead an organic content strategy in the health / wellness space that drives virality, brand authority, and supports lower paid media CPMs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop an organic content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (primary) and TikTok / Pinterest (secondary).
- Turn complex health / wellness concepts into simple, shareable, compliant content formats (short-form video, carousels, posts, community content).
- Build and manage a light-weight content engine : briefs, scripts, content calendar, posting schedule, repurposing system.
- Analyze performance (views, watch time, saves, shares, follower growth, CTR lift to funnels) and iterate toward virality patterns.
- Collaborate with paid media to repurpose winning organic content into ads and vice versa.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and community managers to keep output consistent and on-brand.
Requirements :
3+ years experience driving organic growth for a brand in health, wellness, or adjacent educational content.Portfolio of content / accounts that achieved strong reach / virality (not just “posting consistently”).Deep intuition for hooks, narratives, and angles that resonate with 35–65+ audiences interested in natural health / self-improvement.Comfortable working with editors and creators : giving clear briefs, feedback, and direction.Able to balance engagement and compliance in a regulated niche (no wild claims, still compelling).Data-literate : reads analytics, spots patterns, and makes decisions from them rather than vibes.Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in a fast-moving, remote environment.Screening Questions :
