Work Arrangement : Primarily Remote (+Weekly Manila Events)
Job Type : Full-time, Independent Contractor
Work Schedule : 40 hours per week, primarily mid-shift (3 PM – 12 AM Philippine Time). Hours may vary depending on live projects—some weeks will require full PH-hour blocks to coordinate with local stakeholders, while the general target remains aligned with mid-shift coverage.

Role Overview
As someone in the Employer Branding role, you will own Pearl’s brand presence in talent markets across the Philippines. You’ll be the architect of campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that drive a consistent pipeline of ambitious, startup-ready talent. From media outreach and community partnerships to live events and influencer collaborations, you’ll build systems that turn Pearl into the top-of-mind brand for high-potential operators looking to accelerate their careers.
This role blends marketing, recruitment, and community-building. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand prestige and pipeline generation—translating our values and founder stories into compelling narratives that resonate with top talent worldwide.
