Job descriptionNeeds Assessment : Assess the current communication skills of individuals or teams to identify areas for improvement. Curriculum Development : Create training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources tailored to specific communication needs. Training Delivery : Conduct workshops, classes, and seminars to teach effective communication techniques, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, professional development, and interview skills. Feedback & Coaching : Offer constructive feedback and coaching during sessions to help trainees enhance their verbal, written, listening, and body language skills.
Position Title : Communications Trainer (Cebu) | Hybrid
Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Onsite during training period) in Cebu
Start Date : ASAP

Shift Schedule : 12 PM - 9 PM | Fixed weekends off
Qualifications :
- High school graduate or equivalent (High school / senior high school)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in any industry
- Open to process trainers, even those from non-BPO backgrounds
- Excellent English communication skills
- Exposure to American culture is a plus
