Work Setup : Hybrid in Cebu City (Onsite during training period)

Shift : 12 PM - 9 PM | Fixed weekends off
Role Requirements :
- At least a JHS / SHS graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience conducting communications-focused training, ideally in a BPO setting.
- Also open to Process Trainers
- Excellent English Communication skills
- Exposure to American culture is a plus
- Preferably can start immediately
Responsibilities :
Needs Assessment : Evaluating the current communication abilities of individuals or teams to identify areas for improvement.Curriculum Development : Designing and developing training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources tailored to specific communication needs.Training Delivery : Facilitating workshops, classes, and seminars to teach effective communication strategies, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, professional development, and interview preparation.Feedback and Coaching : Providing constructive criticism and coaching to trainees during sessions to help them improve their verbal, written, and listening skills, as well as body language.
