Job descriptionIdentify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and / or alternatives Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile Stay current with industry changes / trends to provide best in class service Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets Proficient in the required language Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates the ability to communicate with others effectively, listen closely and convey points clearly. Strong affinity for customer services. Shows the ability to calm patients during a stressful situation.
