Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the recruitment team to effectively attract and hire top talent across the organization. This role blends hands-on recruiting with leadership responsibilities, ensuring recruitment efforts align with business objectives while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition or recruiting
At least 12 years in a leadership or mentorship role within a recruitment function
Prior experience in a U.S.-based healthcare organization

Duties / Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership, coaching, and feedback to Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to identify improvement opportunities

Contribute to employer branding efforts and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and university engagements

Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process

Promote a collaborative, accountable, and innovation-driven culture within the recruitment team
