Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in Zoho Books
- Manage day-to-day accounting with proper supporting documents
- Post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
Financial Controls & Compliance
Review transactions and flag discrepanciesEnsure compliance with local accounting standards and company policiesAssist in preparing financial reports for ASEAN entitiesBank & Account Reconciliation
Perform monthly bank reconciliationsReconcile accounts payable and receivable balancesMonitor cash flow and report variancesAudit & Month-End Support
Assist with month-end closing and year-end audit preparationPrepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentsOther Duties
Collaborate with internal teams and external accountantsSupport process improvements in financial operationsRequirements
Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or any other similar role.Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular).Strong knowledge of Zoho Books preferredBS in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field.Benefits
