JOB REQUIREMENTS :
✨ Open for High school diploma or equivalent education
✨ With at least 6 months – 2 years’ experience in customer service in a BPO set up is an advantage
✨ Willing to work fully onsite in IT Park Cebu
✨ Amenable to attend interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
✨ Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and chats with customers.
✨Professionally respond to inquiries from customers
✨Assess the demands of the client and provide prompt, efficient solutions.
✨Work along with internal teams and raise concerns when necessary.
✨Help with mentoring and onboarding new team members
✨Keep up with the policies, goods, and services of our organization.
✨Recommend and upsell pertinent goods and services when it is suitable.
