Job descriptionExperience selling into hemodialysis machines and consumables or related medical equipment Successful track record of sales Highly motivated with excellent communication skills Experience with dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential Prepare the weekly itinerary and daily post call Attend meetings with sales team (Twice a day) Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet the territory target and company expectations Manage and develop sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory Identify key customers within the territory and build solid relationships to promote focus products and the company Understand competitors and their activities Keep abreast of market developments and supply this information back to the company Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; identify new opportunities Plan and propose to Management any appropriate sales / marketing strategy The duties above are not exclusive; other duties may be assigned Duties may be revised as needed Priority sales area : Manila and Rizal; Cavite and Lower Laguna Additional sales areas : Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Albay; Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya; Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao, Cagayan; Ilocos Sur, Norte, Abra Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities Maintain profitable relationships with customers and stay up-to-date on product information and promotions Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally; work independently to meet monthly sales quotas Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee / Lazada) or live selling (TikTok) Strong verbal and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office Willingness to travel; ability to carry out product presentations English proficiency; for some roles, additional requirements such as a degree in relevant field Salary ranges between Php 14,000 – Php 24,000 per month depending on role Commission opportunities available after probation in some roles Holidays and weekends may be included; 13th month and other benefits sometimes offered Elite Headhunting – various roles in food technology and related sales; salaries up to Php 24,000 Eastwest
