Position Overview   Our client is seeking a Remote Estimating Assistant to support their Low Voltage (LV) Estimating and Engineering Team.

This role involves working directly with senior estimators and engineers to prepare and mark-up project drawings.

The Ideal candidate will use Bluebeam or other CAD-based tools to lay out device placements and wiring paths based on our internal design instructions.

Location :   Quezon City, Philippines   Schedule :  Onsite Employment Type :   Full-Time Salary Range :  $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 Pesos / Bi-Weekly   Benefits :  Sick and other Paid Leave, HMO, Government-Mandated Benefits Key Responsibilities   Use Bluebeam (preferred) or other CAD / drawing tools to mark up architectural drawings with device placements, cable runs, and equipment based on input from our senior team.

Assist with initial layouts and data entry for low voltage systems including : Security camera systems (CCTV) Access control Intercom and speaker systems Structured cabling Organize and label devices clearly on plans for easier review and handoff.

Update and revise drawings based on internal feedback or client revisions.

Help prepare drawing packages for submittals, proposals, or field use.

Qualifications   Proficiency with Bluebeam is strongly preferred; experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.

Background in low voltage systems (security, access control, A / V, structured cabling, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and site plans.

Detail-oriented with clear labeling, clean layouts, and accuracy in placement.

Strong remote communication skills and ability to follow direction.

Experience with estimating software or LV design platforms (e.g., D-Tools, Simpro, etc.).

Experience preparing device schedules or quantity takeoffs.
