Production Supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in industrial management or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and workplace safety.

Proficiency in using production software, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
