Production Supervisor

1. Supervise production personnel and manufacturing and packaging operations2. Observes and implements Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety rules and regulations.3. Ensures that the manufacturing and packaging directions indicated in the BMR’s and PDR’s during the processing is strictly followed4. Informs the Production Manager on problems encountered during operation5. Recommends improvements in the operation to achieve increase in the productivity and efficiency and reduce costQualifications : 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineer and other related courses2. With at least 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing (Food / Pharmaceutical) setting3. With background in GMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP.4. Analytical, articulate and able to clearly communicate ideas5. Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
