Skills & Qualification
Vocational course, graduate, TESDA graduate, or at least high school graduate
At least 5 years experience handling Joinery production
Knowledge in Beam Saw, Edge Bander, Multi Boring Machine and other tools operation
Job description
- Supervising and coordinating joinery teams managing and scheduling the activities of joiner and other education staff, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedule
- Overseeing the entire production cycle, from material preparation to final product finishing, ensuring adherence to production schedules
- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the production process to meet production targets
- Identifying and resolving production related issues such as shortages, equipment malfunctions and or process bottlenecks
- Estimating material requirement for projects and ensuring their timely availability
- Ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of carpentry machine and tools to optimize performance
- Promoting a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures
