The Opportunity
We are in partnership with one of the leading medical device suppliers in Australia and New Zealand. Currently, they are looking for a Logistics Administrator who will be part of their Philippine team. This is a new role that has been created to improve the logistics and forecasting ability of the entire company. There is an opportunity to gain ongoing training and development and a direct career path and promotion opportunity within the logistics team. Key Responsibilities
- Collate supplier and freight forwarder data to create and check shipping notices for inbound shipments
- Escalate shipment issues for resolution
- Update and maintain delivery dates (and any other details) on shipping notices as more relevant information becomes available
- Coding and validating freight invoices
- Entering Supplier invoices into SAP
- Entering inbound freight invoices into SAP
- Track invoice receipt from the supplier.

Data Entry Skills with experience in Logistics BusinessesProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical – strong understanding of managing price and volume discrepanciesExceptional team player, able to engage and drive a continuous improvement mandateOther Desirable Skills
SAP experience in purchasing and payable modulesIntermediate Excel competencyProficient with OutlookUnderstanding of distributor networks and distribution supply chainsASW Offers
