Acadium is looking for a

• Lead Generation Specialist_
• Non-Voice)_
• who takes initiative, is self-motivated, highly dynamic, execution-oriented, and has demonstrated the ability to deliver on various tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

You are highly organized with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships and draw on acquiring new B2B prospects and generate their own pipelines.

• Your Role : _
• You use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
• Generate your own leads or sales pipeline.

Determine and qualify leads to move further down the sales process.

• Work with the BDR Lead
• Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects thru _Calendly._
• Achieve a set number of contacted leads, activities, and booked meetings per week.
• Normal working hours 5PM-2AM PHT, Flexible work hours.
• Work with our Canadian team.
• You must have : _
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• LinkedIn experience and an established profile are necessary
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is definitely a plus.
• Has Social Media Marketing exposure _(e.g., Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram Outreach_)
• Always ready for a change in a new fast-paced startup environment
• With experience In _CRM, Google Docs, and Spreadsheets_
• Proven lead generation and appointment setting experience
• A good understanding of what Acadium does.
