Graduate of any four-year course
Possesses an appealing personality and excellent communication skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Achieve the sales targets for designated area / segment coverage within given schedule
Present, promote & sell products / services by doing telemarketing and client visits
Prepare sales offers and actively respond to sales inquiries & client concerns
Able to search potential customers and to develop as new valued account
Providing pre-technical sales support and product demo to meet client needs
Establish good customer relationships and maintain regular contact with all customers
Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
Responsible to conceptualizing and proposing an end-to-end solution
Should be able to promptly resolve client complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
Support marketing through promoting in social media
Representing the company at trade exhibitions and marketing events
Preparation of sales related report and submission on required time
Recording and maintaining client contact data
Should be updated with product features and new trends
Coordinate with co-workers to ensure timely / optimum delivery schedules & customer service
Processing and Preparing for Client Accreditation
Handle return of merchandise and ensure to avoid payment issue from the clients
Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics, rules & regulations of the company Take action on other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time
