Invoice Processing : Assist in processing customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing.

Financial Records : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts receivable transactions and general ledger entries.

Reconciliation : Perform regular reconciliations to verify the accuracy of accounts receivable and account balances.

Collections : Monitor outstanding accounts, follow up with customers on overdue payments, and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

Reporting : Generate reports related to accounts receivable, such as aging reports and revenue summaries.

Expense Management : Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Data Entry : Input financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently.

Support Audits : Assist in preparing documentation and records for financial audits.
