Your Role

We are hiring a Technical Sourcer to support our recruitment processes and efforts. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent in the life sciences sector. This is a remote position supporting 8pm - 5am Monday through Friday.

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, online databases, networking, LinkedIn, and social media, to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through personalized and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Assist in scheduling initial interviews with candidates and the recruitment team for active hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and preferences.
• Provide regular updates on the status of candidate pipelines and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, feedback, and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and talent market dynamics within the life sciences sector.
• Assist with additional admin and coordination tasks to support the overall success of the recruitment team.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
