The opportunity

General Description :

  • Handles events administration i.e., conferences, meetings, recognition and sales rallies to drive Agency force engagement and help achieve of sales objectives.
  • Handles rewards administration of yearlong and tactical promos i.e., conferences, recognition, monetary and non-monetary incentives to drive engagement and uptick in sales key performance indicators.
  • Handles inventory management of events and promo materials for the agency force to achieve desired outcome.

Specific Description :

  • Collaborates with Agency Sales and Support Heads in securing approvals and implementation of promos and events.
  • Handles rewards administration and payout of Manulife, GAMA, LIMRA and MDRT incentives.
  • Handles timely release of promos and event materials.
  • Handles inventory of promos and event materials.
  • Handles event expenses, ensures its within budget and expense ratios.
  • Handles vendors on event and promo requirements to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensures promo and event materials are consistent with Manulife’s branding identify.
  • Handles records of officially released promo and event communications.
  • Handles day-to-day concerns related to events, and promos.

  • What we are looking for

    Knowledge :

  • MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Photoshop, Adobe Premiere is an advantage.
  • Events Management apps and tools
  • Life Insurance or Financial Services Sales or Sales Support background an advantage
  • Skills :

  • At least 1 year of experience in Rewards Administration in a sales or marketing organization
  • Good People Management Skills
  • Competencies :

  • Highly organized and results driven.
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Good business writing skills
  • Able to deal with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexible and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
