This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage the restaurant team, foster a positive work environment, and implement strategic plans to drive sales and uphold the Baker J brand standards.
The ideal candidate must be committed to delivering excellence in hospitality while maintaining operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of Baker J, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to service standards, and timely resolution of guest concerns.Team Leadership : Train, mentor, and supervise the restaurant team, fostering a positive work culture and promoting teamwork to deliver exceptional service.Financial Management : Monitor restaurant budgets, manage cost controls, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability.Quality Assurance : Ensure consistent food and service quality by adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining brand standards.Customer Engagement : Develop initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement service improvements to build lasting relationships with patrons.Job QualificationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management within a hotel / resort setting.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.Willingness to work in Clark, Pampanga.
