You'll thrive in a forward-thinking environment that encourages innovation, autonomy, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Relationship ManagementManage and nurture a portfolio of clients with a focus on tailored, value-added services.Provide high-level financial and business advice, using data-driven insights.Maintain strong relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.People & Operational ManagementLead and mentor a team including offshore support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.Monitor workload, provide technical guidance, and support staff development.Compliance & Advisory ServicesOversee the preparation of year-end accounts, tax returns, and VAT filings.Provide advisory support on tax planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Ensure compliance standards are met while embedding advisory thinking into all services.Technology & InnovationUtilise Xero, Dext, and TaxCalc to prepare accounts and manage client records efficiently.Embrace AI tools and automation software to drive process improvement and enhance client outputs.Interrogate financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Candidate RequirementsEssential : Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).5–7 years' experience in a senior accounting role, ideally in a practice environment.Strong leadership skills and experience managing staff or teams.Expertise in Xero and Dext.Demonstrable use of AI tools and cloud-based automation in accounting workflows.Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage clients with strategic financial insights.Desirable : Working knowledge of the UK tax system.Experience preparing accounts using TaxCalc.Business development experience or a proven track record of growing a client base.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Flexible and remote working arrangements.A supportive and forward-thinking environment.Opportunities for career progression.Ongoing training in AI tools and next-gen accounting technology.Core Perks and Benefits : HMO on your first day + Free coverage for 2 dependents on your 2nd yearGovernment-mandated benefits20 Annual Leave Credits13th-month payBirthday LeaveBereavement LeaveWork Set-up : Onsite, Hybrid or work from home set up, subject for client approvalThis position is exclusively open to Philippine citizens currently living in the Philippines.
