As a Healthcare Support (TSR), you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. What you'll be doing
Answering inbound customer calls and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a wide range of healthcare-related topics
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Continuously learning about new products, services, and industry regulations to enhance your knowledge and provide the best possible support
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
Proficiency in using computer systems and software to access and update customer information
A keen interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
