Overview We’re looking for a Paid Media Consultant who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and fluent in the mechanics of Paid Social and Paid Search. You’ll be hands-on with campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting — helping clients achieve performance goals through well-structured, data-informed media strategies. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads across multiple clients.
- Support campaign setup, QA, and creative trafficking for new launches.
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and KPIs daily to ensure campaigns stay on track and perform efficiently.
- Partner with Growth Strategists and Paid Media Managers to align targeting, messaging, and creative direction with client objectives.
- Execute testing plans (ad copy, audience, creative) to identify growth opportunities and improve performance. Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance data to surface actionable insights and recommend optimizations.
- Create clear, concise reports highlighting wins, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct data pulls, spend checks, and competitive analysis to support planning and strategy sessions. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Growth Strategy and Data Analytics teams to ensure consistent reporting and tracking across channels.
- Communicate findings and performance trends clearly to internal stakeholders and client teams.
Qualifications
2–4 years of direct experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Working knowledge of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data and translating it into recommendations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive); advanced Excel skills are a plus.Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Bonus PointsExperience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid platforms.Familiarity with Google Ads Editor, automation tools, or bulk editing workflows.Background in CRO, A / B testing, or data visualization.
