- Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
- At least 4 years of QA experience in the BPO industry
- Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean certification, and / or ISO Certified
- ISO 9001 Exposure is a plus
