Position :   Lead Generation Specialist

Work hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Australian Time Zone

Base Salary : 1,250 AUD / month

Total potential earnings : Up to 2,000 AUD / month (includes commission-based incentives)

A probationary period of 3 months to evaluate overall performance

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Lead Generation Specialist  who thrives on building connections and generating qualified leads. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the customer acquisition funnel, growth experimentation, and performance analysis. If you’re energized by outbound efforts, know how to craft persuasive messaging, and are data-savvy, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities :

• Drive new business by identifying and engaging prospects through LinkedIn messages, emails, and strategic follow-ups.
• Execute lead generation strategies to acquire new customers through organic outreach.
• Own the entire outbound sales funnel by generating leads and setting appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to align outbound campaigns with target personas and messaging.
• Track, measure, and analyse key KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and outreach effectiveness to inform strategy.
• Regularly report performance to leadership and suggest new outbound campaigns or optimisations.
• Conduct A / B testing of outreach sequences, messaging, and call-to-actions to identify scalable acquisition tactics.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position solutions effectively.
