Position : Strategy & Operations Coordinator
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, (ET, US Hours)
Employment Set-up : Remote (Independent Contractor)
Salary Range : Starts at USD 1,500 - 2,000 / Month
Pay-out Frequency : Semi-Monthly

Job Summary :
Wingz is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Strategy & Operations Coordinator who can support multiple teams across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and enjoys solving operational challenges.
You will work closely with executives, operations, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the business runs efficiently while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic & Analytical Support
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and generating insights to support business decisions.
- Track key performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Support revenue and growth initiatives across the organization.
Operational Support
Coordinate with multiple departments (Operations, Support, Compliance, Engineering, Finance, etc.) and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects.Develop and refine internal processes and documentation.Monitor operational dashboards and escalate concerns as needed.Executive Assistance
Provide executive-level administrative support as needed (calendar management, research, preparing presentations).Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings, presentations, and client-facing documentation.Project Management
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across different teams.Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment on priorities.Support the rollout of initiatives that improve team efficiency or customer experience.Communication & Collaboration
Act as a bridge between teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.Prepare polished presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, executive assistance, data analysis, or other relevant fields.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of data tools is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships.Comfortable working US hours.Preferred Skills
Experience in NEMT, logistics, transportation, or SaaS (not required but a plus).Background in business operations, strategy, data analysis, or executive support roles.Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, etc.).Strong presentation-building skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
