URGENT HIRING : HR MANAGER

Location : Quezon City

Employment Type : Full-time

Qualifications :

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
At least 3–5 years solid experience in HR management or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the end-to-end HR functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Performance Management

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals

Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement

Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
