Job Description
Sell tour packages, particularly in Asia (Japan, China, Vietnam).
Manage inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from travel agents with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist travel agents throughout the entire tour operation process.
Oversee accounts, handle documentation and payment processing.
Issue and reissue travel documents as needed, ensuring all information are correct and up to date.
Prepare reports.
Log and update Salesforce records to maintain accurate client and transaction information.
Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned to support the team and enhance operations.
Job Qualifications
Completed Studies in Tourism or any Business-related courses.
3-5 years of experience in Travel Industry preferably in Tour Operation.
Management-level experience in selling tours.
Train and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Has an attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
Develop and manage processes that align with client expectations.
Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM tools.
Willingness to work Night Shifts.
