We’re looking for a Procurement Staff to support our purchasing operations—helping us source quality materials, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth day-to-day procurement.
Responsibilities :
Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and evaluating offers
Coordinate with suppliers for order placement, tracking, and timely delivery
Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications
Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages
Maintain accurate procurement records and documents
Support logistics coordination and follow up on shipments
Assist in resolving order discrepancies and supplier concerns
Work closely with internal teams to meet production and purchasing needs
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing
Familiar with procurement processes and supplier coordination
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of logistics or inventory is a plus
Experience in a manufacturing setting is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willing to work on-site in our Quezon City office (Monday - Friday)
