Job Summary :
As the General Manager of our company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our cold chain logistics operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and maintain the highest standards of product integrity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cold chain management, a proven track record in leadership roles, and a passion for ensuring the integrity of temperature-sensitive products throughout the supply chain. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)At least 10 years of managerial experience and 5+ years of proven success in cold chain logistics, ideally in FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing.Strong track record in leading mid-sized or rapidly scaling companies through growth, organizational restructuring, or turnaround.Leadership & Decision-Making
Proven ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments.Skilled in building a culture of excellence, safety, and innovation while effectively managing cross-functional teams.Strategic & Hands-On Approach
