Work Experience :
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Team Lead in any voice-based Lines of Business (LOBs), preferably within the retail sector
Key Responsibilities :
Staff Management : Handle recruitment, training, performance appraisals, scheduling, and resolve employee concerns.Customer Relations : Engage with customers, address complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.Operational Support : Assist in inventory management, uphold store standards, ensure safety protocols, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.Communication & Coordination : Serve as a link between management and staff by sharing information, implementing procedures, and facilitating effective communication.
