Supply Chain Operations Director (Food Industry)

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Operations Director will lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain network covering procurement, manufacturing, logistics, commissary, and distribution operations across the Visayas region. This role ensures that products are produced, stored, and delivered efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively—meeting customer demands and business growth targets.

The role is both strategic and operational, driving supply chain transformation, efficiency improvements, and sustainability across all stages of the food production lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company growth and operational goals.
• Oversee planning, sourcing, production, logistics, and inventory management to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage end-to-end cost control initiatives to optimize efficiency and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field .

Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations management — ideally within the food or FMCG industry .

Proven expertise in commissary operations, logistics, procurement, and inventory control .

Demonstrated success in cost reduction, process optimization, and network efficiency initiatives .

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills .

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite .

Preferred Training & Certifications

Lean Six Sigma or Supply Chain Certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CLSSGB)

Leadership Development and Project Management Training

Food Safety and Quality Assurance Certification (HACCP, GMP)
